• Sundays at 16:30 UTC — the Lotus 79 Grand Prix Series session in this slot is the official championship race.
• One championship race per week. Official sessions only.
• Every split of the chosen session counts — you are scored no matter which split you land in.
• No sign-up needed: race the slot and you appear in the standings automatically.

F1 Championship (3K & Over)

Who's in it

• Open to drivers with an iRating at or above 3,000.
• Your tier is set by your iRating before your FIRST race of the season and stays fixed all season, however your rating moves.
• League staff can place individual drivers in a tier on request.

Special rules

• When the field splits, all splits are combined into ONE classification before points are awarded.
• Drivers on the lead lap or one lap down are ranked together by average lap time; drivers two or more laps down follow, ranked by laps completed and then average lap time.
• Dead heats break by split, then finishing position within the split.
• Fastest lap and fastest qualifier are judged across the whole combined field, not per split.
• Finishing beyond the points table scores nothing and does not appear in standings for that week.

Points by finishing position

• Fastest race lap: +2 points
• Fastest qualifier: +2 points

Every finisher scores.

Drop weeks

• Seasons up to 5 weeks: every race counts.
• 6–10 week seasons: your worst 1 race is dropped.
• Seasons longer than 10 weeks: your worst 4 races are dropped.
• Drop weeks phase in as the season grows, so mid-season standings already reflect them.

Ties

Broken in order by: total points, then points before drops, then fewest races entered.

F2 Championship (Under 3K)
